RattyMakky is built on a simple promise: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you plan, measure, and record lives only on your own device, and nothing ever leaves it.
We collect nothing. RattyMakky has no accounts, sign-up, or login. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and we run no analytics or usage profiling. Your project profiles, dimensions, weaving styles, material estimates, construction stages, pattern entries, and journal notes are created and held entirely on your device. We never see them.
Because we collect no information, there is nothing for us to use, read, analyze, share, rent, or sell. Every feature — from material estimation and effort calculation to stability checks, comparisons, and recommendations — runs on-device using only the data you enter.
All of your projects and notes are stored locally in the app's own space on your device. There is no cloud account, no remote backup, and no server that receives a copy of your work. Your information stays exactly where you put it, under your control.
RattyMakky integrates no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, or external SDKs. There are no embedded marketing tools and no hidden data pipelines — the app works in isolation, without handing your activity to outside parties.
By keeping everything on-device and never connecting it to external servers, RattyMakky removes whole categories of risk that come with cloud storage and data transfers. Your work is protected by your device's own security, and the surface open to outside interference stays as small as possible.
RattyMakky does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. With no accounts, no profiling, and no transmission of information, the app is COPPA-friendly by design and safe for makers of any age.
You hold complete control over your data at all times. Edit or delete any project, estimate, or note inside the app, and removing the app from your device permanently erases everything tied to it. With no accounts and no backups on our side, nothing lingers anywhere after deletion.
We may update this policy from time to time as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date shown above. Our core commitment will not change: RattyMakky stays a private, on-device tool that does not collect your data.
